Coleman Electric GPT ("we", "us", "our") is a custom AI assistant developed for internal business development and operational support at Coleman Electric, a residential-focused electrical services company based in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina. Coleman Electric GPT may reference tools such as Housecall Pro, Notion, Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks Online, Zapier, and Make.com. However, it does not directly access or store data from those tools unless such data is provided in a session by the user.

Users of Coleman Electric GPT are responsible for:

• Avoiding      submission of customer PII or confidential data unless necessary
• Ensuring      any uploaded content complies with Coleman Electric’s internal data      policies
• Reviewing      GPT outputs before use in public or client-facing contexts
